HONEY GARLIC SALMON with Veggies
Ingredients
1 pkg EPICURE Honey Garlic Meatballs
3⁄4 cup water
1 tbsp honey
4 (4 oz/113 g each) salmon fillets
4 cups veggies, such as peppers, asparagus, or green beans
DIRECTIONS
In Wok or Sauté Pan over medium-high heat, combine seasoning, water, and honey. Bring to a boil over medium-high heat, stirring constantly. Reduce heat; simmer until sauce has thickened.
In Multipurpose Steamer, add salmon. Spoon 1⁄4 cup sauce over salmon, spreading it evenly over the top. Top with Multipurpose Tray; arrange veggies on top. Spoon another 1⁄4 cup sauce over the veggies. Refrigerate any leftover sauce for use another day.
Cover; microwave on high 8–9 min. Remove tray with veggies, then check the thickest part of the salmon for doneness. Cook salmon for longer, if needed, until cooked through.
Divide salmon and veggies between four plates. Add toppings, if desired. Enjoy!
